"I’m so confused. Got a new car added it after many many phone calls and e-mails to several random people who I always had to contact and go over all the details again. Took months and now 5 months later the policy we choose increased triple. Called yesterday and spoke to a representative again and was told that that was the way it was. I asked to speak to Casey again and no call back from the agent. This is a perfect example of “bait and switch “ so now I need to find new insurance with an agent that actually deals with customs and not just inexperienced people."

"This review is mostly directed towards State Farm as a company, but nobody usually reads the BBB reviews so I’m leaving this here. Lol I am in my 40s, I have no accidents or tickets in the last five years, I drive a Honda, I’m single, with no kids or other drivers on the policy. I am currently with AAA, and wanted to get another quote with State Farm. I called this office on a whim, since Google says it’s still closed at 10 AM. Zack (sp?) answered the phone, and he was…OK; he seemed kind of distracted. I was on speakerphone, which I personally dislike, and my phone kept cutting in and out because of it-at one point I almost hung up because I thought the call had been dropped. Anyway, after giving him all my information, he proceeds to tell me that I am ineligible for insurance through this company and won’t give me a reason why. He can’t give me a reason why because State Farm itself refuses to give a denial reason. Which I think is asinine. I called the 800 number of State Farm and they won’t help me at all without redirecting me to an agent. This is worrisome to me, because if your insurance company will not even tell you the reasons they use to accept or deny you, it makes me wonder what information is being exchanged, behind your back. It is well within my rights to know why I was denied. As an experiment, my friend called a different agent in town, and she, too, was denied. She called the 800 number, and acted like she was already a policyholder so she could speak to someone, and they told her the denial was because Reno is considered a “flood zone.” Hahahahahaha That’s a good one, considering how many people in this town have State Farm insurance – my own mother, being one of them. This answer makes zero sense. If you want transparency through your insurance company, you’re not gonna get it here. I received quotes today from Progressive, Geico, Liberty Mutual, and Farmers, and none of those companies told me I was ineligible. I don’t know what’s going on with State Farm, but I would avoid them if this is their normal business practice. FYI- I ended up staying with AAA because they have the best rate. 🤷🏼‍♀️"

I had been with progressive for years and they recently increased my rates astronomically, with no tickets, claims, or accidents after I removed a driver and the most expensive car from my policy. Zach was able to save me $2400 a year just on my two cars and my rental insurance, and we’re working on my motorcycle insurance now too. State Farm and Zach earned a life long customer by saving me so much and by being so pleasant to deal with. 10/10, definitely recommend!"

When I got here we met and they were just as great in person as they were on the phone and through email... Looked over the policies as to be expected, share info about the transfer process, added a couple new things, saved me a TON of MONEY from where I moved from... Really great guys in that office... I like them personally and professionally.. Wouldn't have it any other way.. They are suppose to be my Agent and they were from start to final move and new policies in place... This is a REAL and ACCURATE HONEST review of Casey and Zach... If your moving from out of state and need the real deal these are the guys... like I said I literally did nothing b ut share some info and they did the rest...
